AI Content & Data Handling

Prompts and generated outputs may be temporarily stored to operate the Service, debug issues, and improve system performance. We do not sell private user content.

Public Gallery & User-Posted Content

The Service includes a public gallery where users may choose to share their generated content (images, videos, and 3D models) publicly. Posting to the public gallery is strictly opt-in. When generating content, users must actively select "Display in public gallery" to publish their content. If the option is not selected, content remains private to the user's account.

Content posted to the public gallery is visible to all visitors, including non-logged-in users, and may be indexed by search engines or re-shared by third parties outside of 10Killer's control.

The public gallery may contain adult or NSFW content created by other users. Adult content is hidden by default and is only shown after a visitor provides affirmative consent. Users who post adult content are required to flag it appropriately using the "18+" option provided on the generation form.

You are solely and fully responsible for all content you choose to post to the public gallery. By publishing content publicly, you represent that you have the legal right to do so and that the content does not violate any applicable law or third-party right.

No Deepfakes or Non-Consensual Depictions

10Killer does not condone, support, or facilitate the creation or distribution of deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), or content that impersonates, defames, or harasses real individuals. You are strictly prohibited from posting content to the public gallery that:

Depicts a real, identifiable person in a sexual or compromising manner without their express consent;
Is designed to deceive viewers into believing a real person said or did something they did not;
Is intended to defame, harass, extort, or cause harm to any real person; or
Constitutes a "deepfake" as defined under applicable law.

Violations will result in immediate content removal, permanent account termination, and reporting to law enforcement where required by law. To report violating content, email report@10killer.com.

Unless otherwise stated, content generated using paid credits on 10Killer may be used for commercial purposes.

No Exclusivity

10Killer does not guarantee exclusivity or originality of AI-generated outputs.

These terms apply to enterprise customers and developers accessing 10Killer via APIs.

API Usage

API keys must be kept secure

Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted API uptime. Maintenance or outages may occur.

Enterprise Data

Enterprise customers may request custom data retention or deletion agreements.

Termination
